Interesting Chuch Sunday Services

Found an interesting article on Church for Men website. It talked about a new way form of services introduced in a UK church.

What is thought provoking are the reasons the author feels this new service works for men:

  • Men like to ask provocative questions
  • Eliminated one of the most awkward elements of modern worship: the turn-and-greet time
  • Men’s most common complaint about church services is their length

Hmm.... wondering if our church will ever change the format once a while =)

    Hanoi

SG went to Hanoi, Vietnam on a working business trip. It was a tough trip, working non-stop from touch down till last day.

Well known in Hanoi is the sight of motocycles and how they crowd the streets. Here are some amazing sights...

    Cord Blood Banking

Like most would-be parents, should SG & Karen go for cord blood banking?

Oh yes, for those not in the know, cord blood is the blood from mothers that is collected immediately after child birth. It is supposed to be good to cultivate stem cells, which can then potentially use to treat various blood related diseases.

The question is whether we should donate the cord blood (aka go for public bank) or go for private banking.

    Here are some interesting articles:
