Praise the Lord! SG's leave application for the Adult Getaway is approved this morning. Nearly missing it. Praying for past few days about it. Luckily approved in time.
Recalling the past 2 church camps, there were always important things to pray & see His way. 2004 was about their relationships. 2005 was about marriage plans. This year paled in comparison. Only about able to go. Fell sick last week so did not really fast. And what a difference the sense of spiritual hunger & confidence it makes!
Man, really missed those times that fasted for one over month and prayed everday for Jon!! Yes, lost a few kilos, and really on spiritual high. Yes, praying & fasting seems more for oneself than for Him.
