DISC

SG & Karen went for a seminar "Uniquely Yours" by Bible Society of Singapore 2 months ago. Based on DISC, the most useful part of this serminar is it will link your personality to what are the strengths/weaknesses in your ministry work. Very interesting.

They udpated the survey recently, so SG took another it again (from Management Centre of Asia website). Here's the result.



So, no doubts about it. SG is definitely D-C, or what term "Choleric" & "Melancholy".

The main thing is how can a D-C person be more effective in a people-oriented, intercessary role! Really have to rely on the super-natural.
