Interesting Chuch Sunday Services
Found an interesting article on Church for Men website. It talked about a new way form of services introduced in a UK church.
What is thought provoking are the reasons the author feels this new service works for men:
Men like to ask provocative questions
Eliminated one of the most awkward elements of modern worship: the turn-and-greet time
Men’s most common complaint about church services is their length
Hmm.... wondering if our church will ever change the format once a while =)

Man & Character
SG is involved in the church's men's ministry. One thing SG is pondering for some time now is how to help men to grow? Of cos, SG himself needs to grow.
What are the typical stages of a man's growth in his walk? What are the road blocks? Are there any good case studies. And let's look at something specific- man living in a post modern society, not just in OT/NT Israel. Likewise, anyone knows any case studies on how not to grow??
Oh yes, there's a good sermon series on character & destiny from TCC that SG listened to. Very good. Can be found here. Another good website on character education is charactercounts.org.

Genting
Day 1

On our way to Genting. Wilson & Belle in the front of the car.

Our room.

View out of window-
If you look hard enough, you may spot a golf cart driving by!
Day 2

Karen before Fun-kart

Alex & Mingli; eyeing pole position.

Coming down by cable car; always foggy

Karen trying her luck.

Belle 's turn.

Strong man: Let me show you how!

Are we there yet??

Dinner & Durians!
